Keep Moving

Held at Mission Bay, the event features multiple race formats such as International and Sprint triathlons with distances like 1000m swim-34k bike-9k run and 500m swim-17k bike-5k run, respectively, along with duathlon, aquabike, aquathlon, and a Mini Sprint for beginners and kids. Courses include swim, bike, and run segments on various distances, with participant perks like free training groups to help prepare and connect with the San Diego Triathlon Community, and awards for completing the Triple Crown of Triathlon across three events. Post-race activities and the event’s support for the Life Sports Foundation, which helps people of all abilities enrich their lives through sports, add to the community-focused experience.
